animation team great host well-kept grounds mature style faulty doors ground floor unfriendly staff poor service cold food
the animation team i met was fantastic. yassine and morad was great bingo host and entertainer, i like that. the grounds are mature and very well-kept, its an older style, i appreciate that.
i must say the balcony doors could open from the outside, even when locked. i was in a ground floor room, i was worried. the staff weren't very friendly on a whole, that's not good. the food was cold, i struggled to make a decent meal.

the grounds were maintained well. the staff was helpfull always. they tried their best to keep people entertained. the gym included good equipment.
alcoholic drink selection was limited. cocktails were pre made and i didn't like them. there was no tequila in the bar. the selection included beer, vodka, or white rum.

the hotel is beachfront. it is directly on the beach with easy access. the promenade sits between the hotel and the beach. it's very accessible to other amenities.

The pools were really beautiful. The grounds were well maintained. my room was spacious and very clean. the staff were friendly. They did everything with a smile.
I found it hard to get towels. the towel hut only opened a few times a day. there were no towels or shower gel in the gym. I had to air dry after showering there.

beautiful grounds friendly staff lovely pond animation team
The hotel grounds are beautiful. the staff members were very friendly. i especially enjoyed seeing the ducks and frogs in the pond. also, the animation team worked very hard. They made us laugh every day.
Road noise was a bit of an issue. I could hear it from the 2000 block.

the animation team was friendly and helpful. they took time to say hello. there was a great variety of food. the coffee machine was very good too.
the hotel is a bit too big for my taste. it was busy. i had to pay to stay for the afternoon after i checked out. my flight was later that evening.

our family of six had a wonderful time. the staff was friendly and helpful. the cleaning was excellent. the hotel offered direct beach access. the evening entertainment was great. the hotel had a currency exchange service available at the reception, useful.
